I made some service updates in October, and have learned some things since then. Here's a recap:
WIN: The Action Calls "double dip" is a hit! Premium members are welcome to get a double dip of laser coaching by attending both calls. Caveat: There's a limit of 12 members per call; first-timers and early arrivals get priority.
With more members on Action Calls, we're learning...
Lesson #1: We need to keep things moving. There's an updated FAQ to help members understand how (and why) things work on Action Calls. Read it here (scroll to the bottom of the page): Action Calls
Lesson #2: More participation means that there's less time between the calls. So the monthly demos and debriefs are moving to Tuesdays. The calendar will update in the coming week.
WIN: Premium membership pricing is now only $127/month. All members can upgrade (or downshift) at their convenience in their member profiles.
Fair warning: Old rates are not protected when membership level changes. So if you give up an old special rate to downshift, it's gone. Upgrading is always at the current published rate.

DIYers, I am thrilled to announce an exciting new service update for Premium members! And while it isn't actually ice cream, but it is very sweet and cool.
Introducing the Action Calls Double Dip. This new policy allows Premium members to get a second round of laser coaching on Mondays.
As you know, the policy so far has been that each Premium member gets ONE laser coaching session at ONE Action Call each Monday.
We are currently TESTING a new policy: As of Monday, October 19, Premium members may get TWO full laser coaching sessions at two Action Calls.
This "Double Dip" will happen at the second call (obviously). Members who got laser coaching at the earlier call are "Double Dippers" on the second call. They get their second round of coaching after the first-time attendees get their first round.
Reminder: Each Action Call is limited to 12 participants per session. Members are served on first-come basis.
What this means to the double dipping policy is that if 5 members from the first Action Call show up for a Double Dip second round, and there are already 8 first-time members on the second call, the last double dipper will not receive a second session.

The fourth and final quarter of 2020 is here, and some things are changing. Here are the updates about DIY services you need to know now:
First, we will follow up each of the remaining marketing webinars this quarter with live Q&As on Facebook. The timing is the Monday following each webinar. You can attend via Zoom or watch online in our Facebook group.
The purpose of these follow up Q&As is to help you make sense of and apply the ideas presented in the webinars. While they are not yet all on the calendar, they will be by the end of this week.
Second, a series of live laser coaching sessions happens monthly through December. We did two successful tests in September, one in our Facebook group and one on the DIY FB business page. Premium member Gail Moore helps me demo laser coaching Monday at 10 AM Pacific. ALL members are welcome to join via Zoom or Facebook. Save your place now in Zoom or watch live in our Facebook group.
Third, our 12-session Marketing Machine Workshop is rescheduled for early 2021. Yes, it was supposed to happen this month, but I've got too much going on to do it right at the moment. I will be ready in January. Sounds like a great way to start the new year, doesn't it?
